The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County requires 9 voltage regulators with delivery in accordance with the exhibits included in the solicitation. The awarded vendor must be registered or licensed as required by the laws of the State of Washington if they have a physical presence nexus or gross receipts exceeding $100,000.00 within Washington state. Bidders must submit a five percent bid guarantee in the form of a cashier's check, money order, or surety bond. Failure to comply with any part of the solicitation instructions may result in rejection of the bid, quotation, or proposal as non-responsive. The District reserves the right at its sole discretion to reject all bids, quotations, or proposals received without penalty and not to issue a contract. Small, Minority, and Women owned businesses are encouraged to submit bids. No pre-bid meeting is scheduled. Bids received up to the due deadline will be publicly read shortly thereafter.
