Remodeling of a mixed-use development in Silverton, Idaho. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 2,450-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
**As of January,19,2026 the project was awarded to but the awarded amount is not available.** To provide all labor and materials to apply an epoxy finish with color accents to approximately 2450 square feet of concrete flooring and install new cove base molding at the Silver Hills Elementary Cafeteria and Entry Ramp. Approximately 2000 square feet of the project will need leveling due to grooves or ruts caused by the removal of tile and adhesive. Some expansion joints will require filling. The total number of floor coatings must be consistent with the traffic and usage of the floor, which is a high-volume area with large cafeteria tables. The winning bid contractor is responsible for all permits and required documentation and must be bonded and insured. All RFPs must exclude federal taxes. All RFPs must be plainly marked "RFP" on the outside of the envelope. In the event a bidder has an objection to project specifications or bidding procedures, it must submit a written objection in writing at least three business days before the scheduled bid opening.
