The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the sewer rehabilitation project, sewer mains and laterals, including open cut excavation, pipebursting, CCTV, construction of manholes, backfill, paving and surface restoration, together with all appurtenances, connections and testing, for the completed and operational project as shown on the Plans and as specified. Said sealed bids shall be delivered to the Manager of the District or his authorized representative on or before said date and time, outside the front entrance to the Nute Engineering office at 907 Mission Ave, San Rafael, CA 94901. Any bids received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids shall be returned unopened.
