Site work for a water / sewer project in Lucas Valley-Marinwood, California. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the construction of the sewer rehabilitation project, sewer mains and laterals, including open cut excavation, pipebursting, CCTV, construction of manholes, backfill, paving and surface restoration, together with all appurtenances, connections and testing, for the completed and operational project as shown on the Plans and as specified. Said sealed bids shall be delivered to the Manager of the District or his authorized representative on or before said date and time, outside the front entrance to the Nute Engineering office at 907 Mission Ave, San Rafael, CA 94901. Any bids received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids shall be returned unopened. Bids will be publicly opened and examined following COVID-19 Marin County Public Health Guidelines on said day and hour by the Manager or his authorized representative and will be referred to and considered by the Almonte Sanitary District Board of Directors at their meeting to be held at 7:30 PM on November 24, 2025 at its regular meeting place Question Deadline 11/11/2025 Each bidder shall examine the bidding documents carefully, and not later than seven (7) days prior to the date for receipt of bids, shall make written request to the Engineer for interpretation or correction of any ambiguity, inconsistency or error therein which the bidder may discover. Any interpretation or correction will be issued as an Addendum by the Engineer. The Contractor shall locate on the ground any obstruction which necessitates a reverse set up as the District can hire a contractor to repair it. The obstruction shall be located on the ground surface by means of a radio wave transmitter and receiver and marked with green paint and/or a stake.
