A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The Project includes the following Work: Pump Station (PS), which includes the construction of a masonry building with two 1800 gpm pumps, site grading, generator, fencing, piping (1,858 linear feet of 16" DIP water main and 327 linear feet of 12" DIP water line) to connect PS to existing water lines, and other appurtenances. Question Deadline 11/06/2025 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The Project has an expected duration of 360 days. Bidding Documents are available on compact disc (as PDF files) for a non-refundable charge of $50 including shipping via overnight express service. An additional charge will be required for special shipping services requested by a Prospective Bidder. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
