Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hickory, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
This Project will demolish the existing curbing, mill the asphalt, and remove the existing stormwater on 1st St NW and Government Ave SW, and install new stormwater, concrete curb, gutter, and asphalt in accordance with the plans and specifications prepared by City of Hickory - Engineering Department, titled "Downtown Streetscapes."
