A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** This scope of the project consists of: Replace bank of 6 tennis courts at Willow Brook Park, 90 Mill Street, New Britain, CT 06051 o Demo existing fence o Demo existing asphalt courts o Build new post tension concrete courts o Prep and apply coatings and lines on courts o Install new posts and nets o Install a new 10' chain link fence o Install new asphalt sidewalk from parking lot to farthest bleacher area o Make asphalt pad areas for bleachers o Restore disturbed lawn area Question Deadline 10/24/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be made in writing addressed to the Owner, and, to be given consideration, must be received at least ten days prior to the scheduled bid opening The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or any part of a bid presented, or to invite proposals as its interest may appear. No bid may be withdrawn within ninety (90) days of the bid opening.
