Sealed proposals are requested for custodial services for city parking decks for the WS Department of Transportation. Proposals must be submitted electronically by attaching a single file with the required forms to an email entitled appropriately and sent to the provided email address. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is required, where qualified vendors must attend to inspect the property areas included in the proposal. The scope of work, as it relates to custodial services at the property, will be explained at this meeting. Only proposals from companies represented at the pre-bid, and who properly record attendance, will be considered. There is a 10% M/WBE requirement unless the company attests that they will self-perform the entire contract, in which case only a specific affidavit is required. The contract award will be based on a weighted scoring criteria described in the materials. Use the checklist on the Proposal Signature Page when compiling your proposal.
