Sealed proposals are requested for sweeping and cleaning services for city parking decks. Proposals must be submitted electronically as a single file of the required forms, sent via email with the subject line 'Bid for Sweeping and Cleaning Parking Decks.' There is a 10% M/WBE requirement unless the company opts to self-perform the entire contract, in which case only Affidavit 'B' from the M/WBE package should be submitted. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at the indicated location to explain the scope of work related to pressure washing services and allow vendors to inspect the areas included in the proposal. Only vendors with a representative present and signed in at the pre-bid will be considered. Proposal evaluation will use a weighted scoring criteria, not solely based on lowest price.
