The intent of the RFQ process is to select one firm to execute the design of each of the three individual modernization projects. The estimated construction cost is between the $1.25M to $1.75M range. Elevator modernization work includes renovation of the traction elevator equipment, elevator controls, elevator cab finishes, and other associated elevator components and systems. ADA retrofit is also included in the scope of work. The anticipated services that are to be included in the winning consultant's contract include the following: o Design development and construction documents, and bidding and construction administration services. o Budget and cost information.
