Improvements include architectural, electrical and mechanical. all renovation work includes interior paint and door hardware, relocation of existing furniture and equipment as indicated, low voltage and data work, power supply upgrades, mechanical cooling upgrades. no work on floors, roof, ceiling, or exterior improvements Estimated Cost Range: $72,750 to $122,750 Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, and Workers' Compensation will be required. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000.
