Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Reno, Nevada. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: Removal of existing sidewalk, construction of approximately 1750 feet of 10-foot sidewalk, new ADA ramps, landscaping and irrigation replacement, riverbank erosion protection, and protection, relocation, and adjustment of existing streetlights, monuments, benches, and trash cans. The Bidders attention is directed to Nevada Revised Statutes 338.01165 setting forth the requirements for the use of apprentices on public works which requires a contractor or subcontractor to comply with certain requirements relating to the use of apprentices on public works.
