Excavate and disposal of existing access and ring road material b. Recompact aggregate base and install new pavement. c. Install new curb and gutter. d. Install 4" ductile iron pipe and new post hydrant. e. Regrade brow ditch for proper drainage. f. Install drainage swales. g. Repair miscellaneous erosion on slopes under the fence. h. Install miscellaneous fence improvements. 3. Prater 1 Tank Site a. Excavate and disposal of existing access and ring road material. b. NEST 1 Tank site located on Washoe County parcel APN 514-034-04 at 5300 Los Altos Parkway, Sparks. The tank can be accessed through the apartment complex and to the southeast corner. 3. Prater 1 Tank Site is located on the southeast corner of Washoe County parcel APN 037-272-06 at 2200 Loop Road, Sparks. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
