This is an online bid opportunity. Bidders are invited to submit bids online via the link on this bid invitation. Online bidding instructions are attached to this bid invitation. Method of Award: It is the intent of the State to award this contract on an individual basis to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder(s) meeting the specifications. Repurchase: The State of Louisiana, with the acceptance of the Contractor, reserves the right to repurchase the above item(s) at the same prices, terms, and conditions shown for a period of one year from the date of the original purchase order. Delivery of the Essence: Delivery is of the essence and the State reserves the right to award to that vendor which provides the earliest possible delivery from the date of award. Alloy Temper: 8112-H111, 7069-H111, or 3105-H21 Thickness: .027 (+/- .015") Width (standard size): 12-1/8" + 1/32" - 0 Ultimate Strength: 17,000 to 23,000 KSI Minimum Yield Strength: 11,500 KSI Chrome Type: Chrome Free Conversion Coating or Chromate Conversion Coating Elongation of 2" Standard Specimen: Minimum 16% (20% nominal) Quality: To withstand embossing with all-steel dies at 3/32" height without breaking, cutting or appreciable plate warping Front Surface Finish and Backside Preparation: Coating-sheeting to be treated with a light, tightly adherent, chromatic conversion coating or chrome free coating. Bid Prices Shall Include Delivery of All Items F.o.b. Destination or as Otherwise Provided. Bids Containing "Payment in Advance" or "C.o.d" Requirements May Be Rejected. Payment is to Be Made Within 30 Days After Receipt of Properly Executed Invoice or Delivery, Whichever is Later. The State also reserves the right to reject any and all vendors who cannot make delivery within 21 days from the date of award. The State further reserves the right to reject individual line items from the award.
