Site work for a municipal facility in Angola, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade municipal facility.
Sealed bids are being accepted for the Sheet Pile Replacement at Louisiana State Penitentiary, Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Angola, Louisiana, Project Number 01-107-24-03, F.01004671. Complete bidding documents are available in electronic form from Waggoner Engineering, Inc. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form stated in the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids are accepted from contractors licensed for Municipal and Public Works Construction or Heavy Construction under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192. Bidders must comply with the provisions of LA R.S. 38:2212(B)(5). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause. No bid may be withdrawn for forty-five (45) days after receipt, except as provided by LA. R.S. 38:2214. Award of contract is contingent upon funding availability and proper execution of contract documents. Participation in the Small Entrepreneurship (SE) Program and the Veteran-Owned and Service-Connected Disabled Veteran-Owned (LaVet) Small Entrepreneurships Program is encouraged.
