The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, and equipment needed to construct a grain bin for the Louisiana Department of Corrections (DOC) AMOUNT OF BID BOND REQUIRED: ADDRESSED IN THE SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION IF APPLICABLE. AMOUNT OF PERFORMANCE BOND, IF REQUIRED: ADDRESSED IN THE SPECIAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS SECTION THE STATE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT THE RESPONSE OF THE BIDDER, PROPOSER, OR CONTRACTOR IF THIS CERTIFICATION IS SUBSEQUENTLY DETERMINED TO BE FALSE, AND TO TERMINATE ANY CONTRACT AWARDED BASED ON SUCH A FALSE RESPONSE OR IF THE CERTIFICATION IS NO LONGER TRUE. For any bid submitted in the amount of $50,000 or more, a bid security (insurance company, bank money order, certified check, or cashier's check) must be included with the bidder's submission in the sum of 5% of the amount bid (including base bid and additive alternates, if any) and shall become the property of the agency in the event the contract and bond are not executed within the time set forth in the bid solicitation.
