Sealed bids are invited for Fire Damage Repairs at the PE / LSP Tag Plant at the Louisiana State Penitentiary, Angola, Louisiana, under Project Number 01-107-18-02, F.01004524. Complete Bidding Documents are available in electronic form and may be obtained from DB Architecture of Acadiana, LLC. Bidders are responsible for reproduction costs of printed copies. All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to five percent (5%) of the sum of the base bid and all alternates, in the form stated in the Instructions to Bidders included in the Bid Documents. The successful Bidder must provide a Performance and Payment Bond as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Bids are accepted from Contractors licensed under LA. R.S. 37:2150-2192 for Building Construction. Bid withdrawal is not permitted for forty-five (45) days after receipt, except as provided by law. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause, as specified in the bidding documents. Contract award is subject to the availability of funding.
