Extend the existing underground chilled water distribution system for approximately 900 lineal feet, and upgrade chilled water lateral to CPS. In general, the work consists of: replacing approximately 775 lineal feet of underground steam and pumped condensate lines and two new steam pits. Extend existing underground chilled water distribution system for approximately 460 lineal feet, upgrade chilled water lateral to CPS.
