Renovation of an educational facility in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Roof replacements at the Stevens Point Area Senior High School. Work to consist of removal of existing PIB roofing, insulation, underlying built-up roofing membrane (asbestos containing). Installation of new attached base sheet into existing lightweight concrete deck, adhered tapered insulation system, coverboard and hot asphalt applied modified bitumen roof system with a 20-year NDL warranty. All existing roof drains will be replaced with new cast iron drain assemblies.
