Renovation of an educational facility in Stevens Point, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Stevens Point Area Public School District is accepting bids for selective roof replacements at the Stevens Point Area Senior High School. Work to consist of removal of existing PIB roofing, insulation, underlying built-up roofing membrane (asbestos containing). Installation of new attached base sheet into existing lightweight concrete deck, adhered tapered insulation system, coverboard and hot asphalt applied modified bitumen roof system with a 20-year NDL warranty. All existing roof drains will be replaced with new cast iron drain assemblies. All questions regarding the bidding procedures, design, and Scope of Work should be directed to: Chris Dahlby, Field Consultant with Tremco, 920-265-2866 or cdahlby@tremcoinc.com. Lump sum bid proposals with performance bond, and 5% bid bond security are required. Bids may not be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid due date. The Stevens Point Area Public School District reserves the right to reject all proposals not deemed in the best interest ofthe school district.
