The Central Lake County Joint Action Water Agency (herein, CLCJAWA) is seeking sealed bids for the (Switchgear Testing & Maintenance) located in Lake Bluff, Illinois. The scope of work includes Switchgear 3A & 3B for all of the elements shown and described within the plans and specifications. Work will start on/before January 1, 2026 and conclude by March 30, 2026. CLCJAWA will accept or reject bids within ninety (90) days after analysis of the proposals, and reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, to combine or separate any section of work, or to add or delete items in the bid if it is in the best interest of CLCJAWA. For ongoing service contracts and prior to the end of the current Contract Time, the Owner has the option to extend the Contract each year for the two subsequent years. Contractor must notify the Owner within two weeks if the extension is accepted.
