The new work generally involves converting the existing classroom and CAD Lab into a Computer Lab and Work Space Room. Sealed bids will be received for Classroom Renovations at Bridgewater Raritan HS 200 Building under an Overall Single Prime (all of the work) contract. Bidders must submit one original and one copy of the bid in a sealed envelope clearly labeled as specified. Bid documents are available for purchase for a non-refundable fee in either paper or electronic format. Bidders must register on the Solutions Architecture website to receive documents and any updates. Questions regarding bidding must be submitted through the BidBox portal on the architect's website before the specified deadline. Bids must be made on the provided forms and include bid security as described in the instructions. A Certificate of Consent of Surety must be submitted with the bid. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the opening. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids or waive informality.
