The City of Searcy invites interested firms to submit a written Statement of Qualifications to compose a Comprehensive Safety Action Plan in accordance with the Safe Streets and Roads for All (SS4A) federal grant program requirements and guidelines. Minority and women-owned business enterprises are encouraged to participate. Participation of small, minority, and women-owned business enterprises is encouraged in the procurement of goods, services, professional services, and construction, either as a general contractor or subcontractor. Majority contractors are requested, when requiring subcontractors, to seek qualified small, minority, and women-owned businesses to partner with them. Only firms or individuals submitting letters of interest and completed proposal packages that best meet the needs of the City of Searcy will be considered, regardless of past contracts with the City. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. The City of Searcy is not responsible for lost or misguided submittals. Request for Qualification packets are available upon request.
