Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade road / highway.
As of February 09, 2026, project was awarded to Central Washington Asphalt, awarded amount is $1,207,866.60. The major items of work include chip sealing, fog sealing, traffic control, and pavement markings. All work shall be completed in accordance with the contract plans, special provisions, and the 2025 WSDOT Standard Specifications. Time for completion of the work is limited to 35 working days. Sealed bids will be received until 11:00:59 a.m. on the specified bid date. Bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid proposal deposit in cash, certified check, cashier's check, postal money order, or surety bond in an amount equal to at least five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid proposal, payable to The City of Wenatchee. The City of Wenatchee reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive irregularities in the bid or in the bidding. The contractor must assure that all services provided are completed in full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and relevant federal accessibility guidelines. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hours set for opening, or before award of contract, unless the award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days.
