Submittals received after the specified date and time will not be accepted. This form along with all required RFQ forms must be completed, signed, and submitted with the response prior to the submittal deadline. Failure to do so may deem proposer as non-responsive. A cone of silence is in effect, prohibiting certain communications between potential vendors and the City.
