The following is a general description of the project: The project consists of performing renovations to the historic courthouse including removal of existing and installation of new flooring, repair of original plaster walls, minor electrical installation, door threshold repairs, and minor wood trimwork. Question Deadline 10/31/2025 If any person contemplating submitting a bid for construction of the work is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omissions from any part of the Contract Documents, he may submit and deliver to the Owner and the Engineer a written request for interpretation thereof not later than ten (10) days before bids will be opened. Specifications may be examined at the Coffee County Office of Accounts and Budgets, 1329 McArthur Street, Suite 5, Manchester, TN 37355, and the office of St. John Engineering, LLC, 923 Jackson Street, Manchester, TN.
