Remodeling of an educational facility in Bernville, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade educational facility.
Sealed bids for Penn-Bernville Partial Flooring Replacement will be received by the Tulpehocken Area School District. Bids will be received for General Construction. Drawings, specifications, and other bidding documents can be examined at AEM Architects, Inc. All bidders must register with AEM Architects, Inc., by providing a non-refundable payment of one hundred dollars. Upon payment, bidders will receive instructions for accessing the electronic bidding documents, including the official bid forms. Bids must include bid security in the form of a certified check, cash, bank cashier's check, treasurer's check, or bid bond with corporate surety, in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and its amendments. The right to waive informalities, irregularities, defects, errors, or omissions in bids, or to reject all or parts of bids, is reserved. Question Deadline 11/04/2025 at 1:00 PM ET Architect will review each RFI, determine action required, and respond. Allow seven working days for Architect's response for each RFI. RFIs received by Architect after 1:00 p.m. will be considered as received the following working day.
