Renovation of a military facility in Hermiston, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade military facility.
The work includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment, and services for, and incidental to, correcting fire sprinkler system deficiencies, restoring non-functional fire sprinkler systems, and making modifications to fire sprinkler systems in multiple buildings at Rees Training Center in Hermiston, Oregon. Bidders are required to submit a pricing submittal form as Exhibit 1. See the attached RFQ for complete details and requirements.
