Work will generally consist of the construction of a recreational vehicle (RV) park with supporting water, sewer, storm drainage, electrical and lighting utilities, roadways, pads, curb and gutter, fencing and gates, pavement markings, and signage. The RV park, located adjacent to the Eastern Oregon Trade and Event Center, will include 104 RV spaces and two sewage dump stations. The contract is subject to the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law.
