If proposers have questions regarding this solicitation, questions shall be submitted in writing to Mr. Rivera. Responses to questions will not be answered until after January 5, 2026 and all responses will be issued by email. The Cities are requesting proposals from highly qualified engineering firms with direct experience designing, engineering and managing the construction of FTTP networks. Through this Request for Proposals (RFP) the Cities are seeking a contract with a qualified engineering firm to provide the following services: o Design, engineering, and preparation of construction bid package for FTTP network o Cost estimates based on conceptual and low-level designs o Services related to permitting and right of way access agreements o Services related to pole attachment applications and access to poles and conduit o Construction management and inspections o Turnover package including as-builts and splice records The Cities reserve the right to retain all proposals submitted and to use any ideas in a proposal regardless of whether that proposal is selected. Submission of a proposal indicates acceptance by the Proposer of the conditions contained in this RFP, unless clearly and specifically noted in the proposal submitted and confirmed in the contract between the Cities and the Proposer selected.
