The project consists of the installation of approximately 650 linear feet of 12-inch polyvinyl chloride (PVC) sanitary sewer pipe and approximately 100 linear feet of 12-inch PVC storm drainpipe, installation of new precast and cast-in-place manholes, a stormwater sedimentation chamber and drywell, and full-width repaving of E. Evelyn Avenue beginning at S.E. 8th Street and extending east to S.E. 9th Street. The work must comply with applicable provisions of Oregon's prevailing wage law and is expected to be completed within 60 days. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN.com.
