1. Equipment and installation of a package MBR wastewater treatment plant with a daily average effluent flow of 0.20 MGD. This includes all coordination and installation, labor, materials, all instrumentation and controls, control integration, start-up and commissioning coordination required for a fully functional system. The design of the package plant shall be submitted to and approved by TCEQ and meet the requirements outlined in the Texas Administrative Code (TAC) Chapter 317 and the approved TCEQ discharge permit. 2. Coordination with site work contractor necessary to complete the installation of the MBR WWTP system. The site improvements for the wastewater treatment plant are being bid separately. 3. Field service system startup and training. System Supplier to provide all necessary manpower to fully test the Package MBR treatment system with clean water and commission the treatment system with wastewater once influent flow is high enough to warrant placing the treatment system into service.
