Renovation of an educational facility in Norfolk, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 8,700-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.

Repairs to the existing façade of the rear portion of the building as indicated on the drawings, replacement of approximately 8,700 sf of built-up roofing, replacement of thirty-one (31) steel windows, replacement of six (6) hollow metal doors and frames, some lighting and masonry repairs. All work is to be completed and in accordance with the attached drawings and specifications. The selected General Contractor shall be responsible for the abatement/removal of ALL hazardous materials encountered. The Notice to Proceed is anticipated for June 8, 2026. Substantial Completion shall be no later than December 4, 2026 and Final Completion shall be no later than January 4, 2027 1. Project Drawings: Permit set dated April 7, 2026; 2. Other : i.
