Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by City in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda to all parties recorded by City as having received the Bidding Documents. The Work to be performed for this contract generally includes the excavation of in-place overfill waste in Area 1 and Area 3, hauling to the Stage 8 active face, site clearing, and placement, grading, and stabilization of intermediate cover soil in the overfill waste area. B. All Work shall be carried out and maintained in accordance with the Project Documents subject to the approval of the Engineer and Owner. Materials found to be outside the tolerances identified in the Project Documents must be reworked or removed and replaced to the approval of the Owner and Engineer at the Contractor's sole expense, at no additional cost to the Owner. C. The Contractor shall provide a Contract timeline, in calendar days to achieve Final Completion. For evaluation and consideration by Owner. The Contract Time determination shall be made by the Owner after evaluation of bids and may be as proposed by the winning bid. The Contract Time shall begin from the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Waste Relocation activities must be completed within the MDNR 90-day relocation window, beginning on November 1, 2025 and through the January 31, 2026 deadline.
