Description

Site work for a transportation facility in Saint Joseph, Missouri. Conceptual plans call for site work for a one-story above grade transportation facility.

The City of St. Joseph, Missouri (“Sponsor”), is hereby soliciting statements of qualifications and experience from qualified consultants for airfield development projects at Rosecrans Memorial Airport. Projects may be subject to future receipt of Federal funding under the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airport Improvement Program, as administered by the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) through the State Block Grant Program (SBGP). These projects may include the following: Airport SRE Building Estimate $3,600,000 Rehabilitate General Aviation Apron Estimate $5,000,000 Relocate Fuel Facility Estimate $4,000,000 Rehabilitate Taxiway B Estimate $6,000,000 Rehabilitate Hangars Estimate $800,000 Construct Hangars Estimate $1,800,000 Construct Taxilane and Parking Lot Estimate $1,500,000 Extend Runway 13/31 to 5,000 feet Estimate $1,000,000 Rehabilitate and Widen Taxiway A Estimate $14,000,000 Construct Taxiway Estimate $3,000,000 Rehabilitate General Aviation Apron Estimate $7,500,000 Install Runway 35 MALSR Estimate $3,500,000
