The work includes the repair of the existing boat ramp, circulation and emergency access improvements, and paving of the boat ramp staging area and parking lot at the North Beach Unit of Bear Lake State Park, St. Charles, Idaho. Bidders must provide a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Bidders are encouraged to attend a pre-bid conference at the Visitor Center in Bear Lake State Park, St. Charles, Idaho. Estimated cost for the project is $625,000.
