The work involves providing sealed proposals for RFP 2389, “Waste Collection Shared Service Feasibility Study.” Proposals must be submitted via the designated e-Procurement Portal. Each proposal must use the prescribed forms furnished with the contract specifications. Bidders must possess a registered Business Registration Certificate (BRC) with the State of New Jersey prior to contract award. Bidders must also provide an Ownership Disclosure Certification with the names and addresses of any owner, stockholder, or partner holding an interest of 10% or more of the business. Failure to provide this is a non-waivable defect. Proposers must comply with the requirements of New Jersey Law Against Discrimination N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27.
