A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The work includes the Nishuane Park Completely Inclusive Playground Improvements. The contract must be completed within 120 days after Notice to Proceed. Bids must be made on prescribed forms and include a non-collusion affidavit and ownership statement compliance form, a Consent of Surety, and a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond of not less than ten percent of the amount bid (not to exceed $20,000) as a guarantee. The successful bidder must provide a performance and payment bond for 100 percent of the accepted bid amount, as well as required insurance certificates or policies. Corporations not chartered in New Jersey must provide a certificate authorizing them to do business in the state. Bidders must comply with New Jersey equal employment opportunity requirements, prevailing wage laws, and disclosure of partners and stockholders. Each bid must be sealed and labeled with the correct bid number. All bids are irrevocable for sixty days.
