Renovation of a mixed-use development in New London, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a military facility; and theater / auditorium.

Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services required to repair existing auditorium space (room M201) to replace flooring, seating, tables, wall wainscoting, and divider of the auditorium in McAllister Hall. The contractor shall commence work within ten calendar days of receiving the notice to proceed, prosecute the work diligently, and complete the entire work ready for use no later than 31 August 2026. The on-site period of performance is from 1 April 2026 through 31 August 2026. Performance and payment bonds will be required. The estimated value of the procurement is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Location: McAllister Hall, United States Coast Guard Academy, 31 Mohegan Avenue, New London, CT 06320, USA The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, disposal and supervision necessary to to repair existing auditorium space (room M201) to repair McAllister Hall Auditorium at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT (New London County). Work includes the following: 1. Repair existing auditorium space, Room M201, replacing flooring, seating, tables, wall wainscoting, and divider of the auditorium in McAllister Hall. 2. Perform selective demolition of existing finishes and systems to enable the performance of installing new flooring, cove base. 3. Existing IT/audio/computer shall be preserved and re-used. 4. Install new luxury vinyl tile flooring, wall base and new paint. 5. Install new seating, tables, and divider. 6. Install new acoustic panels (Class A fire rated with STC (> 10) and NRC (>0.5) values). All work shall be accomplished in accordance with the Specifications for Project No. 30134899, Drawings CC-1382 (2 sheets), and the applicable wage rates incorporated herein.
