Completed plans call for the renovation of a two-story above grade, three-bed residential development; for the addition of a residential development; for the demolition of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Reference Number 0000402671 The project consists of a single prime contract (General Contractor) to perform the work. The scope of work for this 2-story residence includes: site work, selective demolition, exterior and interior improvements, new rear deck & kitchen extension addition, mechanical, electrical and plumbing system upgrades. Exterior improvements include: roofing, gutters, downspouts, selective door replacement, exterior vinyl siding and accessories, new rear deck, new kitchen extension addition, new driveway and new block retaining wall. Interior improvements include: First Floor: Kitchen extension Addition, Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen renovations. Second Floor: renovation of Hall, Bathroom, three bedrooms & closets and new Attic insulation. Interior finishes include: cabinets, countertops, casework, LVT flooring, Tile walls/flooring, new and refinish hardwood flooring, refinish stairs and railing, restore and new interior trim, patch and repair all walls, new ceiling substrates and finish painting, throughout. HVAC, Electrical and Plumbing upgrades are also included.
