Site work for a communication facility in Binghamton, New York. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade communication facility.
OPWDDs Broome DDSO is requesting quotes, pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority, for a Fiber Optics Run at 249 Glenwood Road, Binghamton, NY 13905. Attendance at a site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a quote. Quotes must be submitted using the Official Bid Form and include a materials and labor cost breakdown. This is a Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages must be paid. Vendors or subcontractors must be registered with the NYS Dept of Labor and submit a copy of the certificate with the quote. The contract term is 60 days from award. The contract will be awarded to the most responsible and responsive vendor that provides the lowest cost and meets the scope of work requirements. The awarded vendor must provide certificates of Liability Insurance and Workers Compensation Insurance, completed Lobbying Law Forms, and a signed Appendix A. The Broome DDSO reserves the right to reject all quotes. In the event of a tie, the contract will be awarded to the Contractor whose bid was received earliest.
