OPWDD’s Broome DDSO is requesting quotes pursuant to its discretionary purchasing authority for work at 249 Glenwood Road, Binghamton, NY 13905. Attendance at a site visit is mandatory prior to submitting a quote. All quotes must be submitted on the Official Bid Form provided and include a materials and labor cost breakdown. This is a Public Works Project and Prevailing Wages must be paid. Vendors and sub-contractors must be registered with the NYS Dept of Labor and submit a copy of the certificate with their quote. The awarded vendor must adhere to the time frames outlined, and will be required to submit certificates of Liability Insurance and Worker’s Compensation Insurance, completed Lobbying Law Forms, and signed Appendix A. The Broome DDSO reserves the right to reject all quotes, and their interpretation of specifications is final and binding. In the event of a tie, the contract will be awarded to the contractor whose bid was received earliest.
