Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Washington, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade bridge / tunnel.

The Town is accepting sealed bids for an infrastructure improvement project involving the following work: remove the existing 15" culvert and install a new 18" culvert (provided by the Town); widen the roadway to a total width of 22 feet; excavate and shape ditches 140 feet upstream and downstream from the culvert location; stone-line both the inlet and outlet of the culvert; adjust the culvert grade to bring it closer to the road surface. The Town will supply all necessary materials, including the new culvert, stone, and trucking for ditch materials. Work will be supervised by the Road Foreman and/or the Highway Supervisor. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked ``Culvert Replacement Bid'' and received at the Town Hall, 2895 VT Rte. 110, Washington, VT 05675, no later than 3:00pm on 11/4/25. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
