Site work for a mixed-use development in Glen Daniel, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
Qualified contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for the Wastewater Treatment Plant Improvement Project for Liberty High School. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the Owner in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. Bidders must be registered with the West Virginia Department of Tax and Revenue, and be licensed to perform work in the State of West Virginia as required by applicable state code. The successful bidder is required to execute and deliver a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in a penal sum at least equal to the contract amount, within 10 days after notification of the award and before signing the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive minor informalities, and withhold final award for 30 days after bid opening.
