The project consists of installation of a monument sign and associated work at the Police Department located at 14 E. Camp McDonald Road in Prospect Heights, IL. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond for ten percent (10%) of the total bid made payable to the City of Prospect Heights shall accompany the bid. The work shall be prosecuted in such a manner and with such a supply of materials, equipment, and labor as is considered necessary to ensure its completion according to the time specified in the Contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids or any part thereof and waive any informality or any irregularities or defects in any or all proposals and to accept that bid which in their opinion is in the best interest of the Owner. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder. The Contractor shall be completed on or before January 31, 2026, as described in Article 108.05 of the Standard Specifications. In case of failure to complete the work on time, the provisions of Article 108.09 of the Standard Specifications apply.
