Renovation of an educational facility in Prospect Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The work consists of, but is not limited to, selective demolition of general, electrical, plumbing and mechanical trade work, interior masonry and stud wall installation, painting, miscellaneous carpentry, and plumbing, electrical and mechanical work for the Harper LLC Plumbing Project. Lump sum bid proposals are required. Bids must include bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 10 percent of the aggregate of the Base Bid amount and all Alternate Bid amounts. Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds, and a Certificate of Insurance will be required from the successful bidder. Bids must be submitted via Dropbox. Bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring payment of prevailing wages, Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor, including Equal Employment Opportunity Laws, and pay not less than prevailing rates of wages to all workers. Bidders shall also comply with the Business Enterprise Program: 10% Participation and Utilization plan developed by Harper College. Bidding documents can be obtained electronically and reproduced at the Bidder's expense from BHFX Digital Imaging.
