Neatly saw cut and removed to a depth of 1.5", cleaning of patch area, prime coat application of the vertical edges, and the placement of HMA Binder Course IL19.0 Mix 'D', N50, 1.5 inches compacted. Patching spoils shall be removed from the site by the contractor at no additional cost to Park District. Temporary traffic control devices shall be furnished and maintained by the Contractor, as required and shall be included with this work, with no additional compensation. HMA SURFACE COURSE MIX 'D', N50, 1.5" This work shall be done in accordance with requirements of Section 406 of the Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction, Department of Transportation, State of Illinois, Latest Edition. o Prime coat shall be placed at a rate of 0.05 lbs/sqft and shall conform to Section 406 requirements and shall be included with the placement of the surface course. o The Contractor shall provide a vibratory and finish roller for compaction. o Paving machine shall be a self-propelled mechanical paving machine.
