Qualified Firms to Provide Professional Architectural / Engineering Services for the Following: 1. Logan County Schools Sba Needs Fy2026 Project, Hvac Replacement at Man High School, as Funded by the School Building Authority of West Virginia. Any Emergency Projects Due to Water, Fire, and Weather. As Funds Become Available for Nonsba-funded Work, Logan County Schools is Interested in Provisions for Architectural and Engineering Services Toward Fulfillment of Building and Ground Renovation, Additions and Upgrades. This Commitment Will Be Re-evaluated on an Annual Basis but Could Be for Up to Three (3) Years for County-funded Projects Any Other Sba Funded Project Not Listed to Be Advertised Upon Funding. In Accordance With the Requirements of Wv Code 5g-1-3, These Statements Will Be Evaluated, and the County Will Conduct Discussions With at Least Three Firms That Are Deemed to Be the Most Highly Qualified to Provide the Services Required. The Logan County Board of Education Reserves the Right to Reject Any and/or All Statements From Interested Firms and to Make the Award in Any Manner Deemed to Be in Its Best Interest in Accordance With Wv Code 5g-1-3. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
