The construction of this project shall be started no later than February 1st, 2026 and substantially complete no later than August 31st, 2026. Buyer Preferences, Guidelines & Requirements General Requirements - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % Bids should be sealed and titled "Old Stage Road (CR105) Bridge Replacement Project". Bid Bond of 5% of bid price and Performance and Payment bonds equal to 100 % of the bid are required, the project is tax exempt in which the contractor will be provided with the tax exempt number for material purchases. The City of Salida reserves the right to refuse any and all bids.
