Renovation of an industrial development in Salida, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade industrial development.
The work involves removing and disposing of existing metal roof and wall panels and replacing them with composite metal insulated panels on the existing nurse basin building located at Mount Ouray State Fish Unit. Bids must be submitted using the form provided in the project specifications. Questions related to the project must be submitted via e-mail to the Design Manager. Bidders are responsible for checking the Vendor Self Service website for any solicitation amendments or modifications and including their provisions in the bid response. All questions shall be in writing and sent to Joe DeCrescentis, Design Engineer (email only) before the deadline (11/12/2025 at 5:00 PM).
